Stay and Play NZ provides promotional and representation services on behalf of The Rotorua Collection of products. We deliver product updates to Conference Organisers, Group Incentive Tour coordinators, and Event planners, both in New Zealand and internationally.
Our team has extensive product knowledge and can provide suggestions for venues, pre and post touring options, accommodation, itineraries and logistics. The Rotorua Collection includes Accommodation providers, Activities, Attractions and Transport Operators, from major iconic businesses, to smaller boutique services. We work closely with trade to assist them with contacts to accommodate special requests and find unique and new experiences.
Any leads are directed to appropriate collective members so that they are able to deal directly for sales. No commission is payable to Stay and Play.
In addition to coordinating regular famil programmes, Stay and Play also offers personalised famil opportunities and introductions, whenever C&I industry personnel are passing through our region. In addition we offer assistance with promoting conferences and events to be held in Rotorua, via our website www.rotorua.co.nz to attract more delegates to attend.
