Since our Winery opened in June 1995, we have established Mills Reef as one of the Bay of Plenty’s premium function/conference venues. We have hosted a broad range of functions including: product launches, seminars, meetings, birthday parties, cocktail parties, special dinners, art exhibitions, fashion parades, garden parties - you name it, we’ve probably hosted it! We pride ourselves in the attention and professionalism offered to our clients.

-An art-deco style complex which can seat up to 150 guests in an ambience which compliments fine wine and cuisine
-These same rooms can host up to 200 guest’s theatre style, or stand-up 250 guests (e.g. cocktail party).
-Private rooms are available for board meetings or private dinner parties.
-Mills Reef offers a special full day conference rate, 8am -5pm which includes tea, coffee on arrival, morning and afternoon teas, working style lunch, venue hire and free parking for all delegates.
-A delightful relaxed atmosphere created by an expansive outdoor dining with an eight metre solid wood table and outdoor bar facilities.
-The beautifully landscaped, 20-acre grounds feature expansive patios and grassed areas, with plantings of ornamental trees, colourful flowering shrubs and a sea of agapanthus.
-Our cuisine is best described as Antipodean / Pacific Rim style using the best local produce. All our dishes are prepared daily from fresh ingredients. Our chef is happy to design personalised menus for you.
-To aid in your choice of beverages, the full range of award winning Mills Reef wines are available for tasting. Our staff are happy to advise you when making your wine selection.
