Bucklands Beach Yacht Club is situated on the water’s edge at Half Moon Bay and offers a unique environment for conferences, meeting, weddings and almost any other gathering.
The Headsail Room
The main function room of the Bucklands Beach Yacht Club; it is spacious with a good open floor plan which includes a large bar, stage and display/dancing area. Toilet facilities are adjacent. The room faces north with magnificent marina and harbour views with Rangitoto Island just across the water.
The Headsail Room maybe configured in many ways from theatre to dining room style, seating around in 250 persons in theatre set-up the maximum for a seated meal is 180 persons.
The Percy Jones Lounge
Is the upstairs members lounge with lift access and is available for functions. A very spacious area with a central, semi-circular bar with toilet facilities adjacent. The lounge faces north opening up to a fantastic deck area allowing magnificent marina and estuary views of the Bucklands Beach peninsular and Rangitoto Island. As with the Headsail Room, this lounge maybe configured in theatre style, or as a small and comfortable restaurant; the lounge will host around seventy and forty persons respectively.
Executive Room
An ideal air conditioned room for meetings, seminars, training sessions, conferences etc. This room is very versatile and can seat between 10 - 30 people.
Board Room
An Ideal room for corporate meetings, seminars, training sessions, conferences etc. This room is capable of seating up to 12 people.
The Bucklands Beach Yacht club will co-ordinate all your arrangements including various options from light lunches to fully catered buffet meals..
All are welcome for brunch, lunch, and dinner seven days a week from 11:00am.
